Opus 7 for String Quintet

In their seventh album, the collective of composers explores the instrumentation of the string quintet, presenting 11 original works.

Under the artistic direction of composer and music educator João Marcondes, Decomposers is a collective formed by Gabriel Kisters, João Luiz da Paz, Mathias Proenza, Gustavo Kudo, Alexandre Cubas, Ramon Martinez, João Felipe and Vortex Beat. In Opus 7, the group presents works of broad melodic expressiveness, highlighting the dialogues and counterpoints inherent to writing for this string instrumentation.

The Quarteto Topázio — violinists Leandro Dias and Anderson Farinelli, violist André Ferreira Rodrigues and cellist Marialbi Trisolio, all musicians of the OSESP — joins young double bassist Gabriela Negri, bringing vitality and excellence to the interpretations.
