Opus 6 for Vibraphone, Cello and Bassoon

The collective of composers arrives at its sixth album, presenting original works in an unusual instrumental formation and a differentiated sonic approach.

Under the artistic coordination of composer João Marcondes, the group, formed by Thales Augusto Corrêa, Agni Berti, Pedro Kenji, Matheus Araújo, Murilo Speratto, Jackson Evaristo, and Cristopher Urtado, offers unpublished pieces in impeccable interpretations by musicians Ruben Zuñiga on vibraphone, Marialbi Trisolio on cello, and Romeu Rabelo on bassoon, members of the São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra – OSESP.

OPUS 6 offers soundscapes of distinct originality and sophistication. The album, more than a notable anthology, multiplies and promotes a rigorous balance between musical writing and the creative freedom of a new generation of contemporary melodists.
