Presenting previously unreleased works that explore the dialogue between flute and harp, this collective of young composers releases its seventh album.
Formed by Agni Berti, Pedro Kenji, Matheus Araujo, Murilo Speratto, Jackson Evaristo, Cristopher Urtado, and Thales Augusto Corrêa, the collective THE UNPREDICTABLE is guided by the artistic direction of composer and music educator João Marcondes. Exploring new sonic possibilities, the composers develop a cohesive body of work, grounded in a balance between compositional rigor and expressive performance.
Flutist Rogério Wolf who served for over 25 years as principal flute of the São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra (OSESP) and harpist Sole Yaya, a concert artist and professor at EMESP Tom Jobim, create refined and distinctive recordings, expanding, through this project, the visibility of contemporary chamber music in Brazil.
