SONORAS is a collective of young female composers working under the artistic and pedagogical direction of composer and music educator João Marcondes. Comprised exclusively of women composers, the group represents a pioneering and inspiring initiative in the Brazilian music scene, creating space for new voices and creative perspectives.

The group SONORAS presents OPUS 3, an album that authentically showcases its musicality through the unique sound of the trio formed by harp, clarinet, and cello. With performances that explore a wide range of rhythms and melodic lines, the ensemble highlights the sophistication of its orchestration and the richness of its meticulously crafted instrumentation.
