The DeComposers collective continues to expand the horizons of Brazilian chamber music with each new original project. In their fifth release, the group embraces its most ambitious instrumentation to date — a mixed chamber ensemble featuring piano, double bass, violin, clarinet, and oboe — bringing together outstanding performers to interpret works of strikingly contrasting compositional styles.

Under the direction of composer and educator João Marcondes, the repertoire is unified into a plural and collaborative artistic identity that has become the group’s hallmark. Recorded at Estúdio Arsis with the expertise of award-winning sound engineer and producer Adonias Junior, the project also marks the DeComposers’ debut release under the Azul Music label, broadening the reach and impact of their creative work.
