Founded in 2016, the Brazilian group Brazú Quintê is dedicated to performing chamber music, enriched by nuances and inflections of Brazilian music. They present their second album, DIVINARE, with original works that stand out for the diversity of their distinct musical atmospheres.

With a unique lineup that includes Fábio Leal (electric guitar), Mariana Rodrigues (piano), Ariane Rodrigues (flute), Thiago Faria (cello), and Letícia Andrade (violin), the group was conceived with the aim of integrating the electric guitar into the world of chamber music, blending tradition and modernity.

Among the highlights, Aromas do Sul (Fábio Leal) constructs a harmonious dialogue of rhythms such as chamamé, guarânia, and Argentine tango, with precision and refinement. Divinare (Fábio Leal) is inspired by the poem “Os Sabiás Divinam” by Manoel de Barros, while Caxinguelê, with lyrics by Paulo César Pinheiro, pays homage to Villa-Lobos, capturing the essence of the Amazon and its mythologies. DIVINARE is a sophisticated and urgent sonic kaleidoscope; an open portrait of the creativity and versatility of its performers, who together, write a new chapter in contemporary Brazilian instrumental music.
