Original soundtrack for the feature film inspired by the work of Allan Kardec, directed by André Marouço. Released in 2011, the film addresses themes such as loss, pain, spirituality, learning, and overcoming, presenting intertwined stories that reflect on the continuity of life and the evolution of the spirit.
In an instrumental approach, the soundtrack acts as an emotional link to the narrative, guiding the viewer through the different dramatic layers of the script. The arrangements combine piano and violin in subtle orchestrations, atmospheric textures, and recurring themes, creating a sonic unity that directly dialogues with the images and the introspective rhythm proposed by Marouço’s direction.
In addition to fulfilling its role in cinematography, the music gains its own autonomy as an album, reinforcing Corciolli’s signature as a composer capable of creating works that are contextualized with the image, but also possess an inherent meaning as an auditory experience.
