Raphael Veronese
Born in Rio de Janeiro, he began his piano studies at the Lorenzo Fernandez Brazilian Music Conservatory. At the age of 7, he performed his first concert and at 12, with his brother Philipe, he joined in the II Festival of Colégio Anchieta, winning third place with his first original composition.
At 18, Veronese began working with local bands, recording two albums with the group Asa de Luz. At that time, he started producing artists and composing jingles and commercial vignettes for radio and television. He released his first solo album in 2002 and two years later, he was invited by Luiz Gasparetto to compose soundtracks for his lectures at “Espaço Vida e Consciência” in São Paulo.
His compositions are essentially inspired by music from the romantic period, expressing elegance and rare balance in harmonic chains. A virtuoso melodist, Raphael Veronese skillfully explores the nuances and textural features offered by the piano, creating a timeless and delicate work.
